    1. How do you keep the chocolate from melting during delivery?

    Every order is packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with reusable cold packs. We also time our shipments to avoid weekend transit delays, ensuring your chocolate arrives with a perfect, glossy finish.

    2. Are your fruit infusions made with real fruit?

    Absolutely. We never use artificial syrups, purees, or flavor extracts. We fold real, freeze-dried orchard fruits and wild berries directly into our stone-ground cocoa for an authentic, natural taste.

    3. How should I store my chocolate, and how long does it last?

    Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place (around 60-65°F) away from direct sunlight. Because we use real ingredients and zero artificial preservatives, our chocolates are best enjoyed within 4 to 6 weeks of delivery. We do not recommend refrigerating them, as it can ruin the texture and cause condensation.

    4. Can I send an order as a gift?

    Yes. All our chocolates arrive in premium, elegant packaging ready for gifting. You can add a personalized gift message at checkout, and we never include pricing or billing receipts inside the shipping box.

    5. Are your chocolates vegan or gluten-free?

    Our signature Dark Chocolate and Fruit collections are naturally vegan and dairy-free. All our chocolates are inherently gluten-free, though they are crafted in a facility that also handles tree nuts and dairy.

    We process and hand-pack orders within 24 hours. To ensure absolute freshness and prevent melting in transit, all orders are shipped via expedited 2-3 day delivery.
